Daddy Dearest

So my father came over today.........I haven't seen or talked to him in a really long time. Every time I do see him I end up crying and eating, so I generally avoid him. But I'm going to make this work, I'm starting a 3 day fast tomorrow-no solid foods-. let's see if I can get this disgusting fat away!
